Commercial Rights Art and Designs

Outdated Designs (2015 - 2020) do not require a commercial use fee

❥ Commercial Use Fee may vary in price => 10€+❥ Most right of commercial usage allowed if legally obtained a character from EvoFoxi6
--> Doesn’t apply if bought without Commercial Use fee from EvoFoxi6❥ If obtaining a design through trade, ask for proof of Commercial use fee if any was applied to said design
--> If necessary, contact creator through Discord (evofoxi6) or Toyhouse (EvoFoxi6Adoptables) for validation / check up

❥ MUST credit EvoFoxi6 as the creator of the (characte’s) design or art made by said creator if producing any merchandise or public projects
--> A visible note / header / mention in description is enough❥ Any drawn art, made of any character, by EvoFoxi6 is strictly PROHIBITED to be used for commercial use (stickers, posters etc.) if it was NOT bought with the Commercial use fee from EvoFoxi6

Redesign / Remakes

Outdated Designs (2015 - 2020) are allowed to be recreated beyond recognition

❥ Slight redesign of EvoFoxi6‘s designs is allowed if still recognize-able
--> Minor Sheet edits are allowed on art made by EvoFoxi6
--> Credit the editor❥ You are allowed to:
--> Create new outfits
--> Species change
--> Add alternative forms
--> Change / Add hairstyles

❥ Cultural changes (if specifically made for a character by EvoFoxi6), slight skintone changes are allowed
--> REFRAIN strictly from recreating EvoFoxi6 OCs for political reasons / statements or forced diversity of any kind

Selling / Trading Designs

❥ Gifted designs made by EvoFoxi6 are prohibited to be sold for any kind of currency (cash, points, etc.)
--> Automatically does not apply if said character receives commissioned goods of any kind❥ OCs made by EvoFoxi6 are strictly prohibited to be used for:
--> Hate speech, racistic, queerphobic or any other harmfull propaganda / statement
--> NFTs / Crypto
--> AI learning tools

❥ DO NOT overprice EvoFoxi6’s designs at any point
❥ DO NOT raise the price of any of EvoFoxi6’s designs without any additional commissioned goods❥ You are PROHIBITED to make identical twins or offspring of any of EvoFoxi6‘s designs for selling purposes of any kind
❥ DO NOT Co-own my designs, I do not wish to police people around about ownership logs
